At the request of the President of the Turtle Lake Improvement and Protective Association (TLIPA), the Town of Richmond Town Chair has declared the entire Turtle Lake to be a NO WAKE zone until further notice. No Wake goes on when the lake level reaches 900.35 above sea level and off at 900.25.
