Meeting called to order at 6:59 PM by Chairman, Jeff Karbash
Present Board Members:

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

LRIP road bids opened by Overbeek and read sealed bids received by:
Wolf Paving and Payne & Dolan

Motion by Bergman, Second by Alexander to award the LRIP project to Wolf Paving.
Passed unanimously.

Motion by Bergman, Second by Alexander to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 7:04 PM.
