16. Application for Variance – Melissa Brewer, N6983 Oakwood Road, Whitewater
    – Seeking a variance to the County setback requirements for a proposed garage due to the property’s holding tank location. County setback requires 25 feet from the roadway, the brewers are proposing 8 feet setback. County setback requirements on the side yard property line are 15 feet, the Brewers are proposing 5 feet.
17. Board review and approval of the Fire & Emergency Services Contract with the City of Whitewater
18. Board review and approval of Chairman’s proposed list of Election Inspectors for the 2024-2025 term.
19. Review Letter of resignation from Municipal Zoning and Inspection Services and discuss Town of Richmond Building Inspection Service alternatives
