Town of Richmond, Walworth County, WI

 

The Board of Review will meet on Tuesday, the 20^th day of May, 2025, at 6:45 p.m. at the Town Hall, W9046 County Road A for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the forty-five day period beginning on the 4^th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.47(1).

 

Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

 

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.45, the assessment roll for the year 2025 assessment will be open for examination, “Open Book”, on Wednesday, the 20^th day of August, 2025, at the Town Hall, W9046 County Road A, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for persons wishing to speak to the Assessor in person.

 

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. 70.47.
