Town of Richmond, Walworth County, WI

The Board of Review will meet on Tuesday, the 21st day of May, 2024, at 6:45 p.m. at the Town Hall, W9046 County Road A for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the forty-five day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.47(1).

Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024.

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.45, the assessment roll for the year 2024 assessment will be open for examination, “Open Book”, on Saturday, the 20th day of July, 2024, at the Town Hall, W9046 County Road A, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for persons wishing to speak to the Assessor in person.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. 70.47.
